Return Process

  Log into your Guinther's account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
